Accenture is limiting central funding for employees using Claude Enterprise to $29 per user a month, with charges above that amount assigned to a project or team under a policy effective Oct. 1. All charges are usage-based. Employees must assign any amount above the central monthly funding to a specific project or team. Accenture refers to those project or team assignments as work breakdown structures, or WBS. Claude access will continue to depend on job and business needs. Accenture plans to review license assignments periodically based on business priorities, roles, usage patterns and staffing needs, and may reassign licenses as those needs change. A project or team assignment for excess charges does not guarantee continued access.
