About BeCrypto News
BeCrypto News follows the whole crypto market in one place: bitcoin, Ethereum, the altcoins and DeFi projects around them, the rules being written in Washington and abroad, and the companies that trade and build in crypto.
Where the stories come from
Every ten minutes the site reads more than forty crypto and fintech newsrooms, among them CoinDesk, Cointelegraph, The Block, Decrypt, Blockworks and CryptoSlate. Each headline is filed under one section: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Altcoins & DeFi, Regulation or Markets. The full list, with the time each source last answered, is on the sources page.
What we show, and what we don't
A story page shows the headline, a short excerpt of at most 100 words, the outlets that reported it, and a link to the original article. We never copy full articles. The reporting belongs to the publisher named on the page.
Price-prediction posts, presale promotions, sponsored articles and press releases are filtered out. When several outlets carry the same story, it is shown once.
Reader articles
Registered readers can send articles and blog posts. An editor reads each one before it is published in Community, under the writer's name.
Independence
BeCrypto News is an independent publication. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any exchange, token issuer, fund or project it writes about. Paid banners are always labeled "Advertisement".
