Advertising terms

These terms apply to every banner booked on BeCrypto News. "We" means BeCrypto News. "You" means the person or company booking the banner.

Packages

• Starter: $150 for 3 days. Shown in turn with other banners. No changes during the run.
• Standard: $900 for 14 days. Shown in turn with other banners. Up to 2 replacements.
• Premier: $2,500 for 45 days. Shown ahead of Starter and Standard banners. One replacement a week.

Payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is made in USDT at 1 USDT = $1 (or USDC by agreement) to the wallet address we send by email, on the network we name. Check the address and network before sending; payments sent to the wrong address or network cannot be recovered. The banner goes live once the full amount has arrived.

Approval

We check every banner and link before it runs and may refuse any of them without giving a reason. If we refuse a banner before it goes live, you pay nothing, and anything already paid is returned to the address it came from.

The run

Days are counted from the moment the banner goes live. If the site is unavailable for more than 24 hours in a row during your run, that time is added to the end. We promise the position and the days. We do not promise views, clicks or sales.

What we do not accept

• Gambling and betting offers, presales, ICOs and "guaranteed return" products.
• Anything that imitates an exchange, a token issuer, another project or a government body.
• Offers aimed at places where the advertiser is not licensed, or at anyone under 18.
• Banners with sound, flashing images or misleading buttons.

Your promises

You confirm that you hold every license your offer needs where you advertise it, that the banner and the page it links to are lawful and accurate, and that you have the rights to every image and logo in the banner.

Refunds

Once a banner is live the fee is not refunded. If we remove a live banner because it breaks these terms, no refund is due.

Labelling

Every banner is labeled "Advertisement" and its link is marked as sponsored. Advertising never changes which stories we show.
