Pacific Meta named Chainlink’s Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP) its preferred interoperability solution for a partnership aimed at institutional tokenized finance in Japan, broadening the companies’ work beyond Web3 services and gaming. The planned cooperation covers market and business development, along with onchain identity and trust infrastructure. Its stated areas of focus include asset tokenization, digital identity and automated compliance. The protocol lets participating blockchains exchange messages and move tokens across networks. It also supports data transmission and programmable transfers that combine tokens with instructions, allowing information to travel alongside a transfer between blockchain networks. Earlier coverage detailed CCIP’s optional verification controls . Pacific Meta also added Chainlink’s Automated Compliance Engine (ACE) to its Partner Solutions marketplace. ACE is the partnership’s compliance offering, while CCIP serves as its interoperability component.
