A Bitcoin (BTC) whale wallet that had been inactive for more than a year withdrew 1,286 BTC from Binance on Friday, Nov. 6, in a transfer valued at about $98.03 million. The wallet had previously deposited 5,699 BTC to Binance, valued at about $509 million at an average deposit price of $89,291 per coin. The average attached to Friday’s withdrawal was $13,061 per BTC below the earlier deposit average, a gap of about 14.6%. The figures describe transfer values and do not show the wallet’s original acquisition cost.
