Unum Keeps Quarterly Dividend at $0.505, Sets Nov. 20 Payment

Unum Group declared a quarterly dividend of $0.505 per common share on Oct. 15, keeping the rate used for its third-quarter distribution. The next payment is scheduled for Nov. 20 for shareholders of record Oct. 30. The board authorized an approximately 10% increase on May 21, setting the rate at 50.5 cents per share, or $2.02 on an annualized basis.
