ManpowerGroup set a Q4 2026 outlook of $1.03 to $1.13 in diluted earnings per share and 3% to 7% revenue growth after third-quarter sales reached $4.8 billion. Revenue was up 4%. Diluted EPS came to 71 cents, compared with 38 cents a year earlier. Third-quarter EPS included restructuring and strategic-transformation charges, a business-sale adjustment, and noncash currency-translation losses tied to hyperinflation in Argentina. Together, those items reduced diluted EPS by 30 cents. Excluding them, diluted EPS was $1.01, up 24% in constant currency. The company’s revenue-growth projection for the fourth quarter is on a constant-currency basis. Its outlook also includes a 44% effective tax rate.
