BofA Rates Three Payments Firms Buy, PayPal Underperform

BofA Securities assigned Buy ratings to FIS, Global Payments and Toast, setting price targets at $42, $114 and $40, respectively. PayPal received an Underperform rating and a $53 target, putting it on the opposite side of the ratings slate from the three Buy-rated firms.
