Sky Proposal Seeks Nov. 19 Osero Upgrade Linking Ethereum and Base

A Sky ecosystem forum proposal would link Osero’s liquidity layer on Ethereum and Base in a Nov. 19 upgrade, enabling cross-chain USDC transfers and adding a Gauntlet-managed vault on Base. The proposal lists seven changes across Ethereum mainnet and Base. They include activating Circle’s Cross-Chain Transfer Protocol (CCTP) on both networks, setting limits for cross-chain USDC transfers and creating a permissions mechanism on Base. The Base changes would add the Osero x Gauntlet USDC Prime Vault, a Morpho Vault V2 managed by Gauntlet. The proposal also calls for an initial USDC allocation to the vault. Osero represented 1% of Sky’s combined assets as of September 2026, while Prime Agents collectively represented about 65%.
