November’s Release Calendar Opens With One Vendor Signature. October’s Three Pegs Came From the Wire and the Tracker.

Editor’s note (Oct 29, 2026): This article has been corrected. The original version carried three November release dates as commitments without a named source establishing them as announcements; those dates have been removed as commitments, and only Moonshot’s vendor-signed November 4 date for Kimi K3.1 Pro weights remains. The tracker behind the removed dates is the AI Release Tracker, which describes its forward dates as “projections, not announcements” – dates derived from each lab’s release cadence rather than stated by the lab. Two of the model labels in the original were wrong: Haiku 5.5 shipped October 7 and Gemini 4 Carbon was announced October 28 – so the November dates were projections for successors, not those October-dated models.
