AI Law Firm Crosby Bids for Some Weil Gotshal Assets Before Dissolution Vote

Image: TokenPost

Crosby, an AI-focused law firm, has bid to acquire some assets of Weil, Gotshal & Manges as the firm prepares to vote on dissolving in the coming days. The offer includes Weil’s trademark, brand and unspecified internal data. Its terms have not been disclosed. Crosby uses internally developed AI to provide legal services. The two-year-old firm has raised about $85 million.
