Mesh Acquires Bluvo to Add Exchange Connectivity to Payments Network

Mesh has acquired exchange connectivity developer Bluvo, adding its technology and two co-founders to a payments network that connects more than 300 exchanges and wallets through one integration. Luca Dalla Chiara is now Mesh’s head of exchange partnerships, while Florian Sabani has joined as a senior staff software engineer. Mesh has not detailed how it will incorporate Bluvo’s technology or provided a product integration timeline. The purchase price and deal structure were not disclosed. The acquisition may fit Mesh’s effort to connect users’ funds across exchanges and payment services.
