Lyft Plans 2027 Alcove Launch for Corporate Chauffeur Travel

Lyft plans to launch Alcove, a global chauffeur brand for corporate travel, in early 2027. The service will give managed business accounts a dedicated booking portal, expanding Lyft’s business offerings to cover premium chauffeured trips and more complex transportation needs. The rollout is planned in stages. A portal for managed accounts is expected first in early 2027, followed later in the spring by self-service booking and a mobile app. Lyft has not provided an exact launch date. Alcove is designed for VIP travel, major events and complicated itineraries, including reservations that involve multiple vehicles or extended bookings. Its planned network covers thousands of cities across six continents. The service will pair TBR’s operating experience and network with new technology.
