Three major IT services firms have announced named production customers for agentic AI platforms in roughly 48 hours. One of them shared outcome data. The other two did not. On October 14, 2026, Kyndryl, Toyota Systems, and Toyota Finance announced a collaboration to transform Toyota Finance’s IT service operations using agentic AI. The project leverages the Kyndryl Agentic AI Framework to deploy AI agents across infrastructure design, change management, and impact analysis. According to the vendor-reported announcement, the agents use customer-specific rules, knowledge, IT environments, runbooks, and operational schedules to identify inconsistencies and potential risks in IT change management.
