Image: TokenPost

Kimberly-Clark received conditional European Union approval for its planned $40 billion acquisition of Kenvue, after offering to divest tampon and other feminine hygiene brands tied to competition concerns. The European Commission raised concerns about competition in those product categories. Kimberly-Clark’s proposed divestitures are intended to address the concerns and secure approval for the transaction. The approval covers the proposed acquisition and remains conditional on the offered remedies. John Kim reports on the digital-asset business for TokenPost.
