Polygon Labs Releases Bor v2.10.3 to Fix Two Medium-Severity Vulnerabilities

Image: TokenPost

Polygon Labs released Bor v2.10.3 to fix two medium-severity denial-of-service vulnerabilities in BlockSTM V2, the software’s parallel block-execution module. The affected releases were Bor v2.10.1 and v2.10.2, where BlockSTM V2 was enabled by default. The update does not require a hardfork. Polygon Labs said the patched version had been provided to validators and major infrastructure providers before its public release. The company said it was not aware of either vulnerability being exploited on Polygon PoS mainnet or the Amoy testnet. Simon Yoon reports on blockchain technology for TokenPost.
