Bitcoin is attempting to regain momentum after slipping below $80,000 over the weekend, as traders assess whether the latest recovery could evolve into a renewed rally toward the $85,000 level. BTC’s price fell to around $79,200 on October 24 before bouncing to approximately $80,900 the following day. Despite this improvement, the cryptocurrency remains below last week’s high near $84,900, underscoring the speed at which recent bullish efforts lost traction. The market experienced a turbulent period, with aggressive buying briefly pushing Bitcoin toward $85,000 last week, only for sellers to regain control and send prices firmly lower. Between October 21 and October 24, Bitcoin declined nearly 7% from $84,900 to $79,200. Although the price rebounded above $80,000, analysts noted this upward move has yet to establish a clear bullish trend.
