Bitcoin options open interest rose 1.07% to $38.27 billion, while the $74,000 put recorded the highest trading volume. Medium-term positioning favored calls, but daily trading tilted toward puts, signaling greater near-term caution. As of Oct. 19, total Bitcoin options open interest stood at $38.27 billion, up from $37.86 billion previously. Options trading volume totaled about $3.39 billion. Calls accounted for 59.9% of open interest, compared with 40.1% for puts. By 24-hour volume, calls represented 44.1% and puts 55.9%.
