Zcash (ZEC) fell 3.62% in four hours to $1,123 on Binance's ZEC/USDT spot market at 10:11 a.m. ET (14:11 UTC) Oct. 19. Four hours earlier, the pair was at $1,165, a $42 difference from the latest reading. ZEC remained up 1.57% over the 24-hour period through the observation time. That put the four-hour decline within a day that was still positive. The same one-hour window produced $1.61 million in Zcash-related long-position liquidations and $60,000 in short-position liquidations across Binance, Bybit and OKX. Long-side liquidations were more than 26 times the short-side amount in that tally. Zcash ranked 10th by market capitalization, at about $19.3 billion. The market-cap figure offers a size snapshot, while the spot quote measures the price of one ZEC in the ZEC/USDT market.
