Stellar (XLM) is positioning its network as a treasury-management venue for corporate and institutional cash, arguing that tokenized money market funds and Treasury-backed tokens can earn yield while remaining movable around the clock. The company says the setup combines regulated yield, near-five-second settlement and controls such as approval, freeze and clawback permissions set by the treasury team. In material published on Oct. 28, 2026, Stellar said treasuries can hold tokenized money market funds and Treasury-backed tokens on its network, including Franklin Templeton's BENJI, Spiko funds and Ondo's USDY. The page also says trades on Stellar's native exchange are final in about five seconds, and that the network supports approval, freeze and clawback controls for asset administration. Stellar describes Anchorage Digital, a federally chartered bank, as a custodian for Stellar assets.
