Chainlink has partnered with Japan-based Pacific Meta to expand institutional tokenization, cross-chain interoperability, and compliance infrastructure in Japan. Announced on October 16, 2026, the agreement makes Chainlink’s Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP) Pacific Meta’s preferred interoperability solution and adds Chainlink’s Automated Compliance Engine (ACE) to its marketplace. The partnership targets financial institutions and enterprises seeking to deploy blockchain-based financial products within Japan’s regulatory environment. Pacific Meta said the partnership will focus on market development, institutional business development, and onchain identity and compliance infrastructure. The company has supported more than 300 group projects across over 41 countries, giving Chainlink a local business development partner to help introduce its technology to Japanese enterprises. Pacific Meta selected CCIP after evaluating decentralization, security safeguards, operational resilience, and issuer control.
