For anyone holding stablecoins, the first thing to check at a new casino is how quickly money comes back out. This guide covers Rillex withdrawal time, the coins and networks it pays out on, the fees, and the checks that can hold a payout up. Rillex is a crypto-only casino at rillex.com that opened on 1 May 2026. It says it is operated by a US-registered company but does not publish that company's name or address. Everything below comes from Rillex's own pages, read on 29 October 2026. Where those pages disagree with each other, we point it out.
Rillex withdrawal time: two figures, one sensible expectation
Rillex quotes two speeds. The homepage advertises an average withdrawal time of under two minutes. The FAQ is more cautious and puts it at 3 to 5 minutes. Either way, that is minutes, not the days a card or bank cash-out can take at a traditional site. For planning, the FAQ's 3 to 5 minutes for a routine request is the safer number, plus whatever time the network needs to confirm the transaction.
Neither number is a promise. Rillex says a first withdrawal, or one that looks out of line with an account's normal pattern, can be held for a security review. The pages we read give no time limit for that review, so your first cash-out is the one to leave extra room for.
Which stablecoins and chains Rillex pays out on
You can deposit on more networks than you can withdraw on. Payouts go out in two stablecoins across three chains:
| Coin | Withdrawal networks |
|---|---|
| USDT | Polygon, Arbitrum One, BNB Chain |
| USDC | Polygon, Arbitrum One |
The pages we read list no Bitcoin, Ether or Solana payout option, even though Solana is a deposit network. If you fund your account on a chain that isn't on this list, your money will still come out on Polygon, Arbitrum One or BNB Chain. Set up a receiving address on one of those three before you ask for a payout. USDC withdrawals are limited to Polygon and Arbitrum One. Someone who only uses BNB Chain should pick USDT.
Minimums, fees and what they cost on small amounts
The minimum withdrawal is 10 USDT, and every withdrawal carries a flat 1 USDT fee. Rillex states both in USDT, so check the cash-out screen to see how they apply to a USDC request. A flat fee bites hardest on small amounts:
- Withdrawing 10 USDT: the fee is 1 USDT, or 10% of the request.
- Withdrawing 100 USDT: the fee is 1%.
- Withdrawing 500 USDT: the fee falls to 0.2%.
Fewer, larger withdrawals keep the total cost down. Rillex does not publish a maximum withdrawal per transaction, per day or per month on the pages we checked. If you expect a large win, ask support about limits before you play rather than after.
Deposits: getting money in the right way
Deposits are accepted in USDT and USDC on Ethereum, Base, Optimism, Linea, zkSync Era, Polygon, Arbitrum One, BNB Chain, Avalanche and Solana, and the FAQ also names TRON. You can log in with a wallet such as MetaMask or Phantom, or register with email, in which case deposits are limited to Arbitrum One, which matters if your stablecoins sit on another chain.
The homepage gives a $5 minimum deposit, while the FAQ says there is no fixed minimum. Plan on $5, which is also what the welcome bonus requires. There is also a line in the FAQ about a deposit fee of roughly 1 to 3%, something no other Rillex page we read repeats. Look at the deposit screen for any fee before you send funds.
When a payout can take longer
A few situations can stretch the Rillex withdrawal time beyond the advertised minutes:
- Your first withdrawal. Rillex says first requests may go through a security review.
- Unusual activity. A request that doesn't fit an account's history can be flagged.
- Identity or compliance checks. Rillex doesn't ask for ID documents at sign-up. It says it may later ask about age, identity, residence, location or source of funds, for example on large withdrawals or flagged activity.
- Network congestion. Once Rillex sends a payout, the time to arrive depends on the chain.
Higher VIP tiers are where faster or larger payouts appear. Platinum lists "higher withdrawal limits" without figures, and Diamond, the top tier, lists instant withdrawals.
Cashing out, step by step
- Log in with the wallet or email account you deposited with.
- Open the withdrawal section and choose USDT or USDC.
- Pick the network, then paste an address from your own wallet on that same network.
- Enter at least 10 USDT and check the amount after the 1 USDT fee.
- Confirm, then watch your wallet or a block explorer for the incoming transfer.
Rillex points out that crypto withdrawals can't be reversed once they are sent. Support can't recover funds sent to a wrong address or on a mismatched network. If you are withdrawing to a new wallet, double-check the first characters and last characters of the address before you confirm.
Getting help with a delayed withdrawal
The support picture is mixed. The homepage mentions 24/7 live support. The FAQ says live chat is planned within two to three months and that support runs by email for now. The About page aims to reply within 12 hours, or within 4 hours for payment questions. Rillex also runs Discord, X (@RillexDigital), YouTube, Facebook, Telegram and Instagram accounts. For a stuck withdrawal, email support with the amount, coin, network and time of the request.
The rest of the platform, briefly
- Licence: Rillex is not yet licensed. Its homepage says an application is in progress under a Curaçao eGaming-aligned framework.
- Welcome offer: code RILLEXUP gives 100% up to 50 USDT from a $5 deposit, with 40x wagering on the bonus. Slots are excluded.
- Games: about 8,000 titles, including slots, live dealers, crash and dice games, a sportsbook and the Predix prediction lobby.
- VIP: five tiers, with cashback rising from 1% to 12%.
- Access: mobile browser only. There is no app.
Who should not use Rillex
Rillex restricts nine countries: Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, India, Myanmar, Laos and Cambodia. It says the list may change. Its About page describes Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines and Malaysia as markets it serves, which contradicts the restricted list. Read the restricted-countries page before you sign up and treat that list as the rule. The site is not for under-18s, or for anyone whose country or state bans online gambling.
Fast withdrawals also make it easy to put money straight back in. Decide on a budget before each session and stop when you reach it. Rillex offers cooling-off and self-exclusion through its support team on request. GamCare and Gambling Therapy offer free, confidential help if gambling stops being fun.
Bottom line
On paper, Rillex is set up for quick stablecoin cash-outs. It publishes the 10 USDT minimum and the 1 USDT fee, and pays out on three low-cost networks. The things to watch are the gap between its two speed claims, the possible security review on a first request, the missing maximums, and the fact that the licence is still pending. A realistic Rillex withdrawal time is a few minutes for a routine payout and longer for the first one; either way, always confirm the network before you send.
