VARA Register Dates Bybit's Dubai Exchange License to Oct. 20

Image: TokenPost

Bybit Fintech FZE’s active license for exchange services is dated Oct. 20, 2026, in Dubai’s current public register. That updates the June 20 date in an earlier register report . The license record lists institutional, qualified and retail investors. Bybit describes the authorization as covering spot trading; the record does not separately list derivatives for the entity. Dubai’s Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority oversees virtual-asset activity in the emirate’s mainland and free zones, excluding the Dubai International Financial Centre. Holders of in-principle approval cannot begin operations or serve clients before receiving a full virtual asset service provider license.
