It flipped the $3 resistance level and rose to a local high of $3.2. At writing, Lighter traded around $3.18, up 16% on the daily charts. Over the same period, its Market Cap rose 17% to nearly $800 million, tracking the price recovery. Why is Lighter rising ahead of November? Lighter [LIT] found its footing three days ago amid renewed interest in Lighter’s U.S. licensing plans. Lighter said it would file with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) in November.
