Image: TokenPost

KuCoin Nigeria Limited received conditional approval in principle to join Nigeria’s Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) accelerated regulatory incubation program, but the decision does not authorize the company to begin business operations. The approval is not final registration, a license or regulatory recognition. The company must satisfy all conditions required before launch and obtain additional written permission from the SEC before starting any of those activities.
