Three men received prison terms of five to six years for breaking into a crypto holder’s home in Bristol, assaulting the victim and demanding digital assets, with no cryptocurrency taken. Bristol Crown Court sentenced Terroll Paul, 31, to six years in prison, Mohamed Samagassi, 37, to five years and Pierre Madzou, 30, to five and a half years. The sentences were for aggravated burglary. The break-in occurred on May 15. The men struck the victim on the head, causing a serious injury that required hospital treatment. The victim’s minor sister alerted police, who arrested the men at the scene. Riza Dagoc reports on regulation, investing and the digital-asset business for TokenPost.
