Tesla Values CEO Elon Musk's 2025 Compensation at $158.36 Billion

Image: TokenPost

Tesla's 2025 disclosure put CEO Elon Musk's compensation at $158.36 billion, entirely in stock awards. The figure reflects the awards' value when granted; it was not cash paid to Musk during the year. The total comprised a $132.3 billion long-term performance stock award and a $26.06 billion interim award. The interim award was later voided. Tesla did not meet the market-value and operating targets tied to the incentive plan. Musk received no cash income in 2025, and no equity was unlocked that year. John Kim reports on the digital-asset business for TokenPost. Send corrections or tips to info@tokenpost.com.
