StarkWare Brings Private Trading to Polymarket, But There’s a Catch

Image: CoinCentral

StarkWare opened OffMarket to the public on October 14, allowing traders to use Polymarket without linking positions to their main blockchain accounts. The service adds a privacy layer while keeping Polymarket’s markets and prices unchanged. The launch follows limited access that began in August. OffMarket operates independently of Polymarket and does not require users to open a Polymarket account. The service creates a separate wallet for each position. Users control their keys through their browsers and can recover those wallets using their signatures. StarkWare said deposits currently carry a $1,000 USDC limit per account. Funds remain in an open-source pool instead of an account controlled by OffMarket. OffMarket sends orders to Polymarket’s existing order books.
