Verizon, CoreWeave and seven others used an SEC opt-out window to keep their shares off the OKX and ICE joint venture's token platform OKXICE wanted to put 63 US stocks onchain. Nine of the companies behind those stocks have formally said no. Broadcom , UnitedHealth Group and Verizon are among the nine US-listed companies that objected to having their shares tokenized on OKXICE. The joint venture between crypto exchange OKX and Intercontinental Exchange disclosed the objections in a public notice dated October 15, 2026. The pushback covers roughly 14% of the stocks OKXICE first planned to offer. The full list of objectors includes Cerebras Systems, AppLovin, Applied Digital, Rocket Lab, CoreWeave, Verizon, Applied Optoelectronics, Broadcom and UnitedHealth Group.
