Mesa Laboratories Targets $9.3 Million in Annual Cost Reductions

Image: TokenPost

Mesa Laboratories announced Tuesday a plan targeting about $9.3 million in annualized operating-cost reductions through restructuring, a smaller facility footprint in San Diego and reduced third-party spending. The company plans to reinvest approximately $4.3 million of those savings into growth initiatives. After that reinvestment, Mesa Laboratories expects the measures to produce about $5 million in net annualized cost savings. The plan is focused on lowering recurring operating expenses while directing part of the savings toward business expansion. John Kim reports on the digital-asset business for TokenPost.
