Maximus Agrees to Buy Agile Defense for $660 Million Base Price

Maximus Inc. agreed to acquire Agile Defense, LLC and certain affiliates for a $660 million base cash price, adding cybersecurity and artificial intelligence capabilities to its defense and national security business. The base amount is payable at closing and may be adjusted. Additional payments may also be due if performance targets are met. The acquisition would add Agile Defense’s cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, data analytics and digital transformation capabilities.
