JPMorgan's $200 Alibaba Target Applies to Its NYSE-Listed ADR

Image: TokenPost

JPMorgan's $200 target for Alibaba applies to its NYSE-listed American depositary receipt (ADR), while Binance's BABAUSDT and BABAB are separate products. JPMorgan analyst Alex Yao lowered the target from $210 on Oct. 12 and maintained an Overweight rating. The price objective covers the ADR, not either Binance product. BABAUSDT is a perpetual future settled in Tether USDt (USDT). Binance launched it April 20 at 9:50 a.m. ET (13:50 UTC). BABAB is a separate tokenized security that began trading July 15. It is unavailable to U.S. persons and does not give holders direct ownership of Alibaba shares. Enna Lee reports on investing and digital-asset markets for TokenPost.
