JPMorgan Chase & Co. set the next quarterly payout on its Series LL preferred stock at $0.289075 per depositary share, payable Dec. 1. Holders must be on record at the close of business Nov. 2 to receive the payment. The amount equals $115.63 for each underlying preferred share. Each depositary share represents a 1/400th interest in one preferred share. On the New York Stock Exchange, the depositary shares trade as JPM PR L. Series LL dividends are paid quarterly in arrears when declared, on March 1, June 1, Sept. 1 and Dec. 1. The dividends are non-cumulative, so a payment that is not declared does not accrue for a later distribution. JPMorgan’s July 15 declaration set the same $0.289075 per depositary share dividend for Series LL.
