Imago Platform Uses Graph Technology to Improve AI Answers

Imago Platform connects business systems, documents and email to give AI tools more context when answering questions, following a warranty project that struggled to meet a customer’s needs consistently. The Swedish company’s first client was a lighting and electrical business handling claims under different manufacturers’ policies. Co-founder Magnus Helander said Imago fed warranty PDFs into an AI system, but it did not reliably provide the answers the client needed. After Imago joined the Neo4j Startup Program and began working with graph technology, Helander said the model started returning correct results repeatedly.
