Image: TokenPost

Belgravia Hartford Capital Inc. announced Monday, Oct. 19, that it plans to combine every 10 common shares into one, subject to approval by the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE). The proposed 1-for-10 consolidation applies to the company’s issued and outstanding common shares. Its shares would remain listed on the CSE under BLGV and on OTCQB under BLGVF. Belgravia has not announced an effective date. The consolidation requires CSE approval before it can proceed. John Kim reports on the digital-asset business for TokenPost.
