Former Coinbase Research Head David Duong Is Ethereum Institutional's Head of US

David Duong is Head of US at Ethereum Institutional, bringing his experience leading Coinbase Institutional research to a nonprofit working with financial firms on products built on Ethereum. Duong was previously Global Head of Investment Research at Coinbase Institutional, where he led research for institutional clients. His career in institutional markets research spans more than 20 years. He spent 17 years at HSBC, Santander and Deutsche Bank. Ethereum Institutional was founded July 1 as a Swiss nonprofit association by members of the Ethereum Foundation's enterprise team. It operates separately from the foundation and focuses on engagement with banks, asset managers and other institutions. BitMine, SharpLink, Joseph Lubin and Mihai Alisie are its anchor funders. The group works with financial firms exploring tokenization, stablecoins and onchain market structure.
