Ether (ETH) saw $14.58 million in liquidations over the hour through 9:10 a.m. ET (13:10 UTC) Oct. 21, with short positions accounting for $14.5 million of the total. TokenPost's tally combines public liquidation data collected directly from Binance, Bybit and OKX. It covers those three exchanges only and is not a marketwide total. The $14.58 million sum comprised $14.5 million in short liquidations and $80,000 in long liquidations. The reported short-side amount was about 181 times the long-side amount. ETH moved from $2,469 to $2,485 during the same hour, a $16 increase, or 0.65%. Ether ranked second by market capitalization.
