Binance Ether Perpetual Snapshot Shows $4.91 Million More Sell Orders

Image: TokenPost

Binance’s Ether (ETH) perpetual futures book showed $4.91 million more sell orders than buy orders near the quoted price, highlighting a sell-side imbalance in a single market snapshot. The book listed $58.86 million in sell orders and $53.95 million in buy orders while ETH was quoted at $2,396.19. It was the largest order book among the markets measured. Sell orders also exceeded buy orders on Binance’s spot market and in the perpetual futures books on OKX and Hyperliquid. Each of those books was smaller than Binance’s Ether perpetual book. The figures cover orders near the quoted price. An order book shows orders waiting to trade; it does not show that those orders were executed.
