Image: TokenPost

Net inflows to U.S. spot Bitcoin (BTC) exchange-traded funds totaled about $6.4 billion since August, compared with roughly $1.5 billion in corporate treasury purchases. The funds were the larger source of Bitcoin buying over that period. BlackRock’s IBIT recorded about $6 billion in net inflows. U.S. producer prices rose 1.3% in September from August, the largest monthly increase since March 2022. Futures markets priced in nearly an 80% chance of a rate hike in December, adding tighter-rate expectations to the market backdrop for the buying shift.
