Strive bought 6,182 bitcoin between October 17 and October 23 at an all-in average price of about $82,732 per coin, according to an October 26 Form 8-K filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission . The acquisition lifted the company’s bitcoin balance to 43,000 BTC, from 36,818 BTC reported a week earlier. The purchase cost approximately $511.4 million and was Strive’s largest bitcoin acquisition to date, according to BitcoinTreasuries.net , which tracks corporate treasury holdings. The scale of the transaction means the increase in Strive’s reported balance exactly matched the number of coins acquired during the seven-day buying period. Strive disclosed the purchase as it expanded financing options around its bitcoin accumulation strategy.
