Bitcoin Trades Near $83,000 as U.S. Stocks End Tuesday Mixed

U.S. and Ukrainian delegations held talks in Oslo, where Ukraine put forward new ideas for a peace plan. The U.S. side described the talks as constructive and said the delegations made progress on how to approach Russia. Witkoff also met Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. President Donald Trump urged Ukraine to reach a deal to end the war.
