Zcash NU7 Upgrade Nears November 5 After Seven Zebra Security Fixes

The Zcash Foundation has released Zebra 7.0.0 to address seven security vulnerabilities before the NU7 mainnet upgrade. Node operators must update their software before activation at block 3,543,405. The upgrade will reduce block times from 75 to 25 seconds without increasing daily ZEC issuance.
