XRP Price Holds Near $1.25 as Wallet Creation Surges After Binance Hack

XRP price stayed around $1.25 amid high network activity as a result of the hack at Binance on October 29. According to Santiment, which provides analytical data for blockchain platforms, 7,934 wallets of XRP were created by users on Sunday, November 1. It was the sixth-highest number of new wallets in a day in 2026. However, the total number of wallets generated was over twice the daily average for the fall season, at about 3,500. The increased number could be an indication that the Binance scandal has motivated many XRP owners to transfer their coins out of exchanges into their wallets.
