Sui has announced plans to introduce USDC stablecoin payments through Samsung Wallet, making digital dollar transactions available to eligible Galaxy device users in the United States starting next month. This integration aims to make everyday use of stablecoins more accessible for mainstream mobile users by combining Sui’s blockchain technology with the popular Samsung Wallet application. USDC, a leading dollar-pegged stablecoin issued by Circle, will soon be available for payment and transfers on Samsung Wallet for U.S. Galaxy users, according to Sui. This move will allow users to manage USDC transactions without requiring prior experience with cryptocurrency wallets or dealing with complex blockchain interfaces. The USDC support is enabled by Sui’s blockchain infrastructure, designed for high-speed and cost-efficient transactions.
