Decentralized finance activity on Avalanche has become increasingly concentrated, with Pharaoh Exchange now processing $3.11 billion of the network’s $4.16 billion decentralized exchange (DEX) volume over the past 30 days, according to DeFiLlama data. This concentration means Pharaoh accounts for approximately 75 percent of Avalanche’s total DEX activity during the period. Pharaoh Exchange leverages V3 and DLMM liquidity pools, enabling liquidity providers to focus capital within set price ranges. This approach not only enhances the efficiency of deployed funds but also reduces slippage—allowing substantial trading volume with a relatively low total value locked (TVL) base.
