Stock-linked contracts on Hyperliquid crossed two major 24-hour volume cutoffs more often than altcoin contracts in the Oct. 26 snapshot, even as native altcoins retained a slight edge in aggregate trading. The stock-related group includes contracts tied to equities, indexes and stock exchange-traded funds; commodity contracts such as oil and gold were excluded. Twenty-three stock-related contracts exceeded $10 million in 24-hour volume, compared with 13 altcoin contracts. At the $5 million threshold, the count was 31 for stock-related contracts and 21 for altcoins. The result reflects market breadth rather than total volume: more stock-related contracts cleared each cutoff, but native altcoins still had a slightly larger combined total. Native altcoin contracts on Hyperliquid posted about $1.254 billion in 24-hour volume, just above the $1.222 billion across stock-related instruments.
