HYPE Holders Get a Binance Withdrawal Date, but No Reason for the Wait

Binance says Hyperliquid (HYPE) withdrawals should reopen by the end of next week. The date came on Friday, hours after HYPE fans publicly asked why the token kept missing the exchange’s recovery list. Until then, HYPE held on Binance is stuck there. Owners can sell it on Binance, but they cannot move it to a private wallet or another exchange. Why Are HYPE Holders Still Locked In? The freeze started on October 29. That day, Binance said a security breach had hit an estimated $6.3 billion in funds. Binance has reopened withdrawals one token at a time. Its November 5 update said it ranks tokens by user demand over the past week, then runs security checks on each one.
