Image: TokenPost

DeFi Development Corp. will raise CHAD’s annual dividend rate to 14% from 13% on Nov. 2, increasing the annualized payment by 10 cents for each $10 stated-value share. At the new rate, annualized dividends equal $1.40 per share, compared with $1.30 at the previous rate. That is an increase of about 7.7% in annual dividend income. CHAD is a Nasdaq-listed variable-rate perpetual preferred stock. When declared, dividends are paid each business day. The company’s treasury focuses on Solana (SOL). The change follows previous coverage of CHAD’s $10 stated amount and 13% rate . John Kim reports on the digital-asset business for TokenPost. Send corrections or tips to info@tokenpost.com.
