Cardano Foundation has reported that 100,000 farms in India have been registered on Cardano through 5am.earth’s agricultural data project. Cardano Foundation says 100,000 Indian farms are registered on-chain through 5am.earth’s agricultural data project. Farm records combine local field information, satellite-verified boundaries, and historical sustainability data. A proposed Seedstars pilot covers 1,000–5,000 farmers, with initial loans ranging from $100–$500. 5am.earth’s treasury proposal seeks 10 million ADA over 18 months through milestone-based payments. In its Oct. 21 announcement, Cardano Foundation said that the registrations support verifiable, reusable farm records across the project’s ecosystem. The organization linked to a Cardanoscan address and said each transaction there represents an individual farm. https://twitter.com/Cardano_CF/status/2112926036555923759 The project involves 5am.earth and Syngenta Foundation India, with technical contributions from AIQUANT, Anastasia Labs and Andamio.
