Image: TokenPost

JuriJurka says Binance blocked access to $11,750 in his account for about 50 days, highlighting how exchange controls can delay transfers into decentralized finance (DeFi). Writing Friday, Oct. 16, JuriJurka said he was from Germany and that the restriction started about 50 days earlier. He described the amount as a payment in USD Coin (USDC) from a payment provider and said the money came from Circle. He said Binance connected the account restriction to a transaction involving a sanctioned address. “It’s always ‘transacting with sanctioned address,’” he wrote. JuriJurka described the funds as seized, while the detail he gave was that his account had been closed and access was blocked.
